The present invention relates to a hanger hook. The hanger hook of the present invention comprises: a hinge part; a horizontal part horizontally extending from the upper end of the hinge part; a vertical part vertically extending upward from an end portion of the horizontal part; and a hook part extending in a hook shape from an end portion of the vertical part in the direction opposite to the extending direction of the horizontal part. Furthermore, the present invention provides a hanger that includes the hanger hook, the hanger comprising: a fastener fastened to the lower portion of the hinge part, which is inserted into a through-hole of the hanger body, to couple the hanger hook and the hanger body, wherein a clutch protrudes from the fastener, and a clutch recess into which the clutch is inserted is formed on the lower end of the through-hole. The hanger hook and hanger of the present invention make it possible to very conveniently and easily store and arrange clothes at home and in a clothing store.
